Support the content management of e-learning infrastructure and tools and e-library, e-business and works on all project regarding key skills on web tools and technologies and multiling ualism , develop and support web content (web-conferencing platform and multi-lingual collaborative internet and intranet solutions ) Wide knowledge on web information sources communication and dissemination of information and simulation tools which can help on visualisation of results of studies, impact assessment and policy making.
